Meetings
- meetings should be announced in advance on the sugar and iaep mailing lists
- please make sure to have your meeting listed in the calendar as well
- the reminder should state in the header the time (in UTC), the date, and the place, and whether this is a Reminder or the Minutes of the meeting
- example: Sugar-meeting REMINDER (Thursday November 13 2008 - 14.00 (UTC)) --- irc.freenode.net, #sugar-meeting
- This template in the body of the note will be processed into a sidebar calendar link for Gmail users:
