Should probably have never been in sugar, but rather in sugar-settings-manager. sugar-settings-manager apparently didn't work reliably and was dropped from Dextrose 2, never shipped in Dextrose 3. We should check whether we still need this (for configuring global default font settings) in GTK 3 world and try to use upstream gnome-settings-daemon rather than duplicating its functionality.

As for the current patch, I'll post it upstream, but it would be understandable if its rejected.
