Maybe I am not understanding your intentions, but ut is not clear why you are introducing additional hurdles above and beyond the existing ones. We already abide by the SFC travel policies. Why have the oversight board also review receipts? This had been one domain where the SFC had been willing to work directly with community members. I limited to paste the Approvals chapter of the new Travel Policy and exchange the word PLC for SLOBs. Here the original Approval chapter:
