Sugar Labs Inc. is a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit organization incorporated in the state of New Jersey of the United States of America; its [[wikipedia:Employer_Identification_Number|EIN]] is 84-3289298.


The Sugar Labs Foundation is supported by individuals, businesses and foundations. Contributions large and small are greatly appreciated and will be used to support grassroots learning innovations and face-to-face meetings between developers and educators.  
Sugar Labs was formerly a member project of the [http://sfconservancy.org/ Software Freedom Conservancy], a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit organization, but is now an independent 501(c)(3) charitable non-profit organization.


We are a 501(c)(3) organization; our EIN# is 41-2203632.
