  1. Local workflow for coding sweets in doer's environment.
  2. Upload sweets to Bazaar, build them.
    1. All users can create top projects
    2. Auto setup newly created projects
  3. Initial sweets support in Shell.

      1. Preserving all existed functionality
      2. Bug reports window, excluding reports uploading
    2. The way to switch from current Home view to the one that supports sweets.
