This proposal would be great, but it is really lacking in planned architecture details. I can't even tell whether you are proposing a single activity or an addition to sugar; how you'd react to a weak connection; how many people could join a conversation; whether both sides could talk at once; let alone what you think it would take to accomplish whatever it is you plan.
