GSoC+DMP
- We received 268 applications.
- 75 of those did not have GH accounts and ~25 were completely irrelevant.
- We got a lot of good ones, of course.
- May 8 is when Google announces the projects to the public.
- As we don't know how many slots Google will give us, it's wise for contributors who applied to GSoC to also apply to SL through DMP.
- The best way to send mentors DMP proposals for review is through the [DMP portal](https://apna.co/contests/dmp_2025)
Re DMP: 1. Who funds dmp? - A combination of SL and [Code4GovTech](https://codeforgovtech.in/) 2. Who is our point of contact at DMP? 3. Is anyone else helping apart? - yes
SL Certificate: We discussed issuing a SL certificate. We'll need to work out the details.
Website 2.0
- We had a kick off where the website was previewed, technical questions discussed.
- We'll have plans for more improvements soon.
- And **big** thank you to those of you who contributed. Special thanks to Safwan Sayeed and Shubham Singh for leading the development and design respectively.
