Hari: Reviewed pending pull requests and began drafting the MB-4 functional specification documentation.

Suryaansh: Raised questions regarding key performance improvement areas in Music Blocks and proposed analyzing metrics such as “most used blocks” to better prioritize development focus and PR testing.

Walter: Identified major performance improvement areas, including loading time optimization, stack recursion handling, block and note playing performance, and user security. Also shared and discussed the AI Guidelines for Sugar Labs documentation.

Ashutosh: Continued discussion on the Tutorial PR, shared updates on CodeRabbit integration for PR reviews, worked on the CI/CD locale JSON pull request, and discussed the process for committing `ba.json` files. Followed up on the agreement to experiment with CodeRabbit for PR reviews.
