Elections

• Makho and Elvis are not community members, and hence, not eligible to run for board positions.
• Om Santosh made a motion that we remove Makho and Elvis from the ballot. Seconded by Sumit. Motion passed: 4-0-2.

Infrastructure/AWS

• Ibiam will be moving lists.sl.o to point to the new service
• Ibiam sorted out an issue with sudo on Sunjammer
• MB v3.7.0 was released (and includes widgets that use AI services)
• Devin will apply for some more credits, but he has a request: Please, please, please:
  - think about what we need them for
  - think about how many credits our planned use will cost
  - think about the benefit of using those
  - discuss amongst each other and review
  - send to me an agreed upon number with some details for how you plan to use them by Jan 15.

GSoC mentoring and planning

• Last year's interns are encouraged to mentor.

• Om Santosh will set up the Ideas page for 2026 -- we need to start populating it.
• Walter will begin the application process once it is live. He'll invite Sumit and Om Santosh to be co-admins.
