proposed-updates but not in updates. You need to add proposed updates,
−
and upgrade from them:

sudo apt-add-repository 'deb http://us.archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/ natty-proposed main universe'
−
sudo apt-get update
−
sudo apt-get upgrade
