Your plugin is installed in a subdirectory of
/home/olpc/Activities/TurtleArt.activity/plugins
In Terminal or Gnome, delete that subdirectory. You may need to make the Activities directory writeable first, in Terminal type
chmod 777 /home/olpc/Activities
