Sucrose 0.81.6

Announcement

This is Release Candidate 2 (see the schedule). This cycle was again about stabilizing the release. What we need now to fulfill the full cycle without delaying the release is testing so all the bugs can be fixed in time.

Thanks to all the translators we were able to get many new translations in. All the Fructose modules have been released containing the new strings.
