Plan Ceibal in Uruguay has funding from the Inter-American Development Bank for a comprehensive nationwide Web-based education management system and for up to 1,000 digital education modules. The announcement, in Spanish, is on the Plan Ceibal site. User:Mokurai has translated the requirements sections of the document. The Sugar Labs Replacing Textbooks program is working on proposals.
