The tech teams from Uruguay, Peru, and Paraguay are willing to help us with testing. We discussed a protocol whereby we'd (1 × month?) send them some patches along with documentation as to what we'd like them to look at and they'd have a classroom or two of children test; they suggest we set up a website for feedback. If we can get a regular process going, it'd be great.
