I think this may represent a one time payment (from SugarLabs to SFC) representing 10% of our assets in the bank, described in the 2012 Amended FSA. Prior to the Amended FSA, I believe Sugar Labs had made $0 in contributions to SFC in return for the services we received. - cjl
