Gary Pollice is professor in the Computer Science Department at Worcester Polytechnic Institute. He is interested in all kinds of topics related to software engineering. See his website for more details.
He also collects and plays Native American flutes, and other wind instruments. (Check out this picture of Gary playing the flute.)
