This year's documentation: Should have a guide for users and a guide for developers.

For the Lego widget, it should be put in js/widgets

We should have separate section for maintaining each widget.

To add documentation that shows when a user selects help, go to

js/blocks/widgetBlocks.js

then this.setHelpString for the block

Base color --> Add a way to select a different color for the base, which will be the ignored color.
