Bootstrapping
The first election of members to the Oversight Board will occurred from 17–31 August, 2008. The elected members of the Oversight Board are:
- Marco Pesenti Gritti (Red Hat)
- Chris Ball (One Laptop per Child)
- Walter Bender (Community member)
- Bernardo Innocenti (Community member)
- Tomeu Vizoso (OLPC contractor)
- Greg Dekoenigsberg (Red Hat)
- David Farning (Community member)
Additional roles within Sugar Labs
Ombudsman: A neutral party with whom anyone (member or non-member) can consult with anonymously. The ombudsman will make a monthly report to the Oversight Board and the community. Bert Freudenberg is Ombudsman (Please email ombudsman at sugarlabs.org).
