The Sugar community is individuals, teams, and relationships. We all share one thing in common. We want to improve how computers are used in education.

You can get involved in any of the Sugar Labs Teams.

Deployment Team

DeploymentTeam/Mission The Deployment Team needs help getting local chapters of Sugar Labs started. Join the team now.

Design Team

DesignTeam/Mission The Design Team needs help reviewing the roadmap for Sugar 9.1. Join the team now.

Development Team

DevelopmentTeam/Mission The Development Team always needs help with fixing bugs and writing cool new activities. Join the team now.

Education Team

EducationTeam/Mission The Education team needs more teachers to get involved. Join the team now.

Infrastructure Team

InfrastructureTeam/Mission The Infrastructure team can always use smart sysadmins. Join the team now.

Marketing Team

MarketingTeam/Mission The Marketing team needs wordsmiths to refine the Sugar message, and mavens to spread that message. Join the team now.

Testing Team

WikiTeam/Mission The Wiki team needs talented wiki gardeners to take loving care of overgrown wiki pages. Join the team now.

Governance

The administrative arm of the Sugar Community is currently a non-profit organization endorsed by the Software Freedom Conservancy. This is explained in more detail in the Governance document.
