Trademark case studies

A Trademark case study is an practical example of a way someone might want to use the sugar labs trademark. We use it as a way to test different trademark policy options - how would it cope with that case?
How to write a case study
- Look at the case studies below.
- If you can see a way to make one of those case studies better then create an account and edit that case study.
- If you think of a way that someone might want to use the sugar labs trademark - that doesn't duplicate one of the case studies then
- Copy the case study template to the end of this wiki page.
- Paste it to the end of the page, filling out the details of the case study you thought up..
What makes a good case study
- thing that makes a good case study (audience? length? topic?)
- another thing that makes a good case study
- maybe some things that don't make good case studies (so we can avoid them)
Case studies we are looking for
We are looking for case studies of the following types:
- description of a case study
- description of a case study
- description of some other things we'd like case studies to have (maybe "at least N different distros represented" or "at least one with a company involved" or "at least one requiring translation")
