* Propose a feature to the community

# Propose a feature to the community;

* Find/name an owner and propose the feature for addition into the release cycle

# Find/name an owner and propose the feature for addition into the release cycle or activity development cycle; and, in the case of platform features,

* Finish the feature by the ''Feature Freeze'' and include it into the release
