The Open Tech Fund has two options may work for us:

=== Cloudflare ===

We now have Google Workspace for Sugar Labs. Bernie, Matt Lee (who is advising us re: funding, as well as tech -- former employee at FSF and creator of GNU social), and Devin have access.

Devin set up Cloudflare in the hope that we can implement a collaborative approach to DNS updates. I hope it will also avoid single-point-of-failure.

=== Website improvements ===

The former could be to improve accessibility for something like Sugarizer or Music/Turtle Blocks. The latter is more of a catch all.

=== OLPC in Panama ===

Devin will investigate further.
The World Bank says Panama is not doing great with their costs/benefits; they spent the largest amounts per student in the region and their education is not doing great. Maybe we can help? Claudia and Devin will speak with Lylian.

=== GSoC Mentor Summit ===

=== Discussion of Elections ===
Devin made a lot of connections, which he will continue to follow up on; he presented our work doing video events as part of GSoC; heI participated in as many discussions as possible; shared Music Blocks with another coder doing a music learning tool; he saw Sameer; and it was a relatively inexpensive trip (which is very good). Devin also met a lot of folks at GSoC summit who were like, "I recommend students etc. to Sugar Labs, and I'm so thankful to have a face to the org." Or "oh, that's still going? Great!" and they would ask follow up questions, etc.
