International donations via PayPal are preferred, if possible. Otherwise, donations from banks outside of the US or not in US dollars should be handled by wire. Donors wishing to send a wire should contact <donations@sugarlabs.org>

You might want to team up with other donors to save international banking fees. Feel free to post to iaep to say you wish to make a donation.
