For that, go to [http://sourceforge.net/projects/tuxpaint/files/tuxpaint-stamps this folder] and select the latest date's folder. From that, download a zip and extract all it's contents. Copy and paste the extract's contents under `tuxpaint.activity/share/tuxpaint/stamps`
