I have relevant project management experience but limited coding experience. I have a CS degree but the longest program I have written in the last 10 years was a 300 line python script.

I do have 8 years of project management experience.

I do have 8 years of technology project management experience and two years experience leading a team of 7 software developers that creates educational learning activities.

I have mentored 12 Nepali interns at OLE Nepal over the last 12 months.

What do you think your role as a mentor would involve? How would you fill it, and why? (3-5 sentences is plenty)

There is a lot to creating learning activities that is not technical but procedure. I am particularly interested in making it easier for programmers to create learning activities.
