This work was initially started by the Peru Local Lab to address the needs identified during work on Puno pilot program.
Summary
The major goals Sugar Network is trying to achieve are:
- Convenient way to get access to various types of the content for Sugar Network participants.
- Provide such access on different levels of network connectivity, i.e., Internet connection, connection to a school network, offline mode when people have only their computers.
- On all connectivity levels, support social activity between Sugar Network participants, when people can share their problems, ideas and opinions within the Network.
- Provide support from content creators to content users.
- Use all, previously mentioned, features to support educational process for individual users and the whole deployments.
