Wth reference to: Community/Distributions The following table shows the distributions we currently offer as supported distributions.

First pass, proposed steps to evaluate each existing Community/Distributions/Specific distribution page.

1. Page appears to have been updated within 12 months

2. Includes opening paragraph suitable for new sugar learner

3. Includes paragraph or cross reference to needed links for keeping the distribution, thence Sugar up to date.

X. Child pages to consider.

4. Generally meets some ?other? specification for producing clear uncluttered pages, including, "starts easy and develops" and Wiki Team/Guide/Style Guide.

5. Child pages resolved.

6. Distro specific material from old/existing Supported systems page has been reviewed, added to Community/Distributions/Correct disro page, and deleted from Supported systems.

7. Is up to date

9. Includes {Category:Supported distributions}

Z. Meets all reqirements, ready for top level move.

Hopefully we do could use reduced number of steps.

Request: a template would be useful so that any page redesign is consistent.

Status code (from numbers above) used to evaluate the existing page.

For example:

Some Distro is currently Community/Distributions/Some Distro: Status: 1: 2: X: -- inky working on 7.

Page history

Please work to update Supported systems turning it into an index to the Community/Distributions subpages, which should each be moved to a top level page. --FGrose 00:02, 27 June 2012 (EDT)

A deviation on that idea might be Supported distributions

Like this? --Inkyfingers 19:10, 27 June 2012 (EDT)
