Changes

* perhaps big full-height screen buttons will allow going forward from Browsing/Configuring to Viewing/Burning/Toasting and back again.  Full keyboard controls will be enabled for configuration but only simple multiple choice navigation will be enabled for creating USB sticks and writable discs.
