DVD upgrade fixes the login but files are not updated from new repos correctly?
when you upgrade from DVD, you're getting the packages from the DVD
you don't get all the latest stuff from updates-testing.
so it's quite normal that you get newer packages immediately with 'yum update'.
it's just like when you do a fresh install from the DVD and then immediately have new packages with 'yum update'.
sugar-desktop was still 0.94.1 and gnome 3.2.91? after yum update : sugar 0.95.6 and gnome 3.4.0 --[[User:Satellit|Satellit]] 15:33, 2 April 2012 (EDT) IRC today
