I am running Joyride updates and really am liking the newest versions. However, it drives me crazy that some user data is maintained (ie, friends) but other data, such as applications I install, are obliterated. :Unfortunately, OLPC is no longer maintaining the Joyride builds, so to some extent, this request is no longer something we can address. But <code>olpc-update</code> should preserve any activities you have installed in /home/olpc/Activities.
