Categorize by XO dependency

Since it looks like part of this effort is the idea that Sugar is going to be ported to platforms other than the XO, maybe there should be categorization of activities by whether they are dependent on specific XO features, or whether they can be used generically.

Some specific XO features:

• Mesh
• Video camera
• Microphone
• Analog input
• Screen geometry (1200 x 900 is not a standard size)
• gamepad keys (these map to numeric keypad keys, but some machines may not even have that)
• XO keyboard
• Stylus pad
