Walter, you may want to check that sentence: "...each provides an agency through which positively impact learning, and consequently, everything that learning impacts, in particular, economic development." It's a bit confusing but I can't rephrase it without changing the text too much. --Simon 14:42, 10 May 2008 (UTC)
