We've received feedback about our websites and how it impacts our ability to fund raise, as well as what we've been recommended to do to remedy the situation.

Devin has been moving his focus even more to general (non-grant) fundraising; two separate people suggested that our websites are a big barrier to getting donations.
Ideas:
* remove all dead links
* propose pathways for each user time
* mock up (Figma?) these pathways
* discuss implementation/maintenance implications
Also:
* New landing page for the wiki that focuses on the content we care about/maintain
* Cull the sidebar
