* Provide such access on different levels of network connectivity, i.e., Internet connection, connection to a school network, offline mode when people have only their computers.

* Online + Offline access to contexts for Sugar Network users.

* On all connectivity levels, support social activity between Sugar Network participants, when people can share their problems, ideas and opinions within the Network.

* Provide support for localized and sustainable *collaborative activities*.

* Provide support from content creators to content users.

* Use all, previously mentioned, features to support educational process for individual users and the whole deployments.
