We have created images with the latest packages. These builds are "clean" Sugar Labs images, which do not include any customization. These images are NOT signed by OLPC, therefore you need an unlocked XO for installing these images. Contact OLPC if you need signed images.
OLPC did release OLPC OS 13.2.5 with Sugar 0.106. Please see the [http://wiki.laptop.org/go/Release_notes/13.2.5 release notes for 13.2.5].
