Sugar Labs is a place where we all can explore, learn, teach and reflect. The same underlying principles that make Sugar great -discovery, collaboration, and reflection- are central to the way Sugar community operates."  The Design team should not be an exemption. It should be composed of children, teachers, developers and non-developers as well. -- Laura
