+ Booted F30 Persistent USB in T400 Thinkpad
+ Inserted 2nd USB (metacity-fix.txt) in T400
+ copied metacity-fix.txt file to sugar journal in left bottom corner of sugar frame
+copied each of the commands to sugar terminal
+Restarted Soas Persistent USB and f3 Main Menu came up as it should !
