Reasons for removing
- inappropriate(violent, sexual, subversive) content
- inappropriate licence, see Oversight Board meeting notes for details
Reasons for retain in sandbox
- any confusion with already existed activities
A: make difference more clear, obvious renaming, making notice in description etc.
