The purpose
A try to refocus School Server paradigm from the only School Server on a server at school to having tough, local and basic (in case of provided features) sugar-server. It should just work if a school needs only basic functionality, works without close maintenance from skilled personal. But if school, or deployment, needs more functionality, sugar-server should effectively work in collaboration with another services.
