GSoC/DMP update

This is the last week of DMP. Presentations are next week.

Music Blocks update

We just released v3.8.0!!!

This release is largely focused on performance improvements and overall maintenance.
A couple of things worth pointing out:

(1) We now are maintaining just 1 repo for both music blocks and turtle blocks. To access Turtle, just add the ?turtle=true flag to the URL turtle.sugarlabs.org redirects to musicblocks.sugarlabs.org?turtle (Thx Ibiam) A few more odds and ends to take care of: moving the example projects and documentation over. But otherwise, we can archive the old turtle repo. This will make a big difference re maintenance. (2) There are some big changes that had been on hold while we waited for the release. Coming soon to the master branch are the git backend project, the lesson plans project, and some changes to local storage. And a complete overhaul of all things related to temperament. (And I have been merging all the PRs that had been in limbo due to String Freeze.)

Thanks to everyone who contributed to the coding, reviews, and infrastructure overhaul.

Sugar Update

The GTK4 migration work is largely complete and we have been discussing trying to get GTK4 into the release after next. In the upcoming release, hopefully we'll be landing the journal/reflection work and Sugar AI. Exciting advances.
