- Used by activities, shell components and extensions.

- sugar.frame
- sugar.controlpanel
- sugar.journal
- sugar.desktop
- sugar.windowmgr
Notes :
- Used by shell components and extensions.
- Single shell components should only use sugar.shell.
Extensions
- Installed under $PREFIX/sugar/extensions/$COMPONENT.
