Suggestion: Make a tooltip for advice.

Devin suggestion: Maybe move advice to where chat and framework are (at the right of the screen), so that a user can look at the advice as they make improvements.

AWS allocated us for use for a partciular service (G4 instance?) in Mumbai.

Implications: Draw back is it's hard to switch services; Ibiam found a cheaper service, but it's not available in Mumbai
