This proposal would be great, but it is really lacking in planned architecture details. I can't even tell whether you are proposing a single activity or an addition to sugar; how you'd react to a weak connection; how many people could join a conversation; whether both sides could talk at once; let alone what you think it would take to accomplish whatever it is you plan. The vision of the project is great. Collaboration is the key. I would love to see the project being pursued irrespective of whether it gets selected in GSoC'09. Manu
