Test and development wiki

Bernie cloned wiki.sugarlabs.org to http://wiki-devel.sugarlabs.org/go/Special:Version on 06 April 2009 and set $wgReadOnly to prevent editing temporarily while we study the configuration.

Installation

• The wiki is installed in sunjammer.sugarlabs.org/srv/www-sugarlabs/wiki-devel on Machine/sunjammer.
• sunjammer group 'sugarwiki-devel' is assigned to the folder and subfolders.

• Commented out $wgReadOnly to test changes in MediaWiki:Common.js and MediaWiki.Common.css (new).
• Edited http://wiki-devel.sugarlabs.org/go/MediaWiki:sitenotice to show a warning.
