Odd formatting

All of those empty bullet lines look quite odd, you know. They only make sense if you know how to interpret the markup in the Edit view, specifically the comments.

+1, especially if this is an entry-level page. --Inkyfingers 06:53, 27 October 2011 (EDT)

A newbie suggestion to remove some duplication between this page and Get started

1. Study Getting Started.

2. Sugar Labs FAQ <Sugar Labs/FAQ> - compilation of the team FAQs

3. Search this wiki.

[assumption that the top half of this page provides entry-level help.]
a) Most pages in this wiki are tagged at the bottom by “Category:”. Try using the search bar at the top of this page to search for “Category:” to see if you find your subject ... add improved wording.
b) You can see all the pages tagged “Help” here: <Category:Help>.
See also <Category:FAQ> - an index to all FAQ pages.
and <Category:HowTo>
c) ... Perhaps elaborate search tips? + Navigation bar on left hand side.
d) The Undiscoverable <The Undiscoverable>

4. OLPC Project Help and Information

5. Forums.

6. I have a suggestion: Help_requests might be more tidy and productive on a new page.

7. Sugar glossary <Glossary>

8. Former sites—these have a short history of problems, but are no longer preferred by Sugar Labs.

I have made an .html version of this draft, the above is basically the headings taken from that version.
Let me know if I can e-mail it to you. --Inkyfingers 06:53, 27 October 2011 (EDT)
Feel free to begin implementing changes; fresh perspectives are important for continuing improvement. --FGrose 13:49, 27 October 2011 (EDT)
Thanks. Can you give me feedback on "Help requests might be more tidy and productive on a new page."--Inkyfingers 18:35, 27 October 2011 (EDT)
I agree. The exploration path we would want to support might proceed from the Sidebar 'Get help' -> 'Sugar help' (Finding help information) -> 'Request help' (on A, B, C, ...) --FGrose 18:56, 27 October 2011 (EDT)
